If We All Use the Forum
No information, discussion, actions, will be lost
Team personnel will have a logon to the Forum.
A forum are discussion boards that can include Public as well as
Private communications. Private Boards are only accessible by
the Pride4Ewa committee members.
Public boards will be created as the need arises to provide a
knowledge base of instruction, procedures and policies to the
contractors, vendors, etc.
The Forums will provide the following
benefits to all:

All communication regarding
Pride4Ewa in one central location that is searchable.

Documents Management Area -
Documents can be uploaded for later references

Set User notification and be
emailed when new topics and or replies are posted

Send personal messages to one
another internally or via standard email addresses.

Announce important information in
just a few clicks
Simple Instructions
A Board is specific area for information, e.g., Activities,
Volunteers, Food, etc.
If you cannot find a category for your thoughts simply add it to the
General Board and I will create new categories as required.
A Topic is what you click on once you've chosen
the board you wish to communicate in.
You would Reply to a topic to add your comments
to someone else's topic.
For each topic you can toggle the "Notify" button
so that you will be notified of any topics or replies made to a
board.
