The meeting day for the Design committee meeting changed from
Tuesdays to Mondays.
Homeowners must factor in these scheduled
meetings when planning for any work on their property.
Failure to obtain a Design Committee approval prior to construction
will result in a violation and subjects you to fines and penalties.
Note: Deadline to get materials in has changed. Applications for
design approvals must be presented at the Association office no
later than noon of the Friday before your meeting on Monday. All materials
received after this time will be processed for the next meeting.
