The covenants that govern the
use, maintenance and improvement of property within the Ewa by Gentry
Community Area were originally established by the property developer in
1988 through the legal document that established the Association, the
"Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions" (often referred
to as the DCCR's).

In addition to establishing
the Community Association and its Board of Directors, the DCCR's mandated
the formation of the "Design Committee". The Design Committee serves to
interpret and revise, as necessary over time, the property use, maintenance
and improvement standards for the Community Association.
The DCCR's, supplemented by the Design
Committee Rules, serve to keep the Community Association's policies for
the use, maintenance and improvement of property current and alive in
a changing world.
The three documents that form the
underlying bedrock of the Ewa by Gentry Community Association (the
Declaration
of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, the
Articles
of Incorporation, and the By-Laws of the Association
are, each, available here as on-line documents and as downloadable files.
Printed copies of these documents are available from the Association office.
If you have a question regarding
your lot or any rules or regulations please email
