THGCC REGISTRATION POLICY FOR CLASSES/PROGRAMS

The Thomas H. Gentry Community Center is a private Ewa by Gentry facility.  Membership is available to all members of the Ewa by Gentry Community Association.  (Please visit our website for detailed information.)  Community members outside of Ewa by Gentry may apply for our “Class Pass” privileges, which allow for class participation on a limited and space available basis.

SPRING:  Mar - May

FALL - Sep - Nov

SUMMER: Jun - Aug

Winter:  Jan - Mar

Class Pass use is restricted and subject to cancellation for abuse of privileges.

Preference for class days/ times is always given first come, first serve and upon receipt of registration form and payment.

• The 1st through the 7th of the month prior to the start of the session is reserved for current class/program participants only.
   

• The 8th through the last week of the month prior to the start of the session, registration opens to all Ewa by Gentry THGCC members.

• The last seven (7) days of the month prior to the start of the session is open registration.  Class Pass members may enroll at this time. Click here for the Class Pass Registration Form

  • Class Pass registrations are processed only during the last seven (7) days of the registration month and confirmed on a limited and space available basis. 
     

  • A “Class Pass” is issued only to residents who live outside of Ewa by Gentry.  It is not available to residents of Ewa by Gentry. 
     

  • Class Pass ID is $15 per year for each family member 7 and older.  Parents entering the facility to observe lessons need a personal card.  Children 6 and under do not need a card and must be accompanied by a parent. 
     

  • Community Center Membership Cards may only be used by the individual pictured on the card.  Violations are subject to penalty. 
     

  • Class passes are activated 15 minutes prior to and 15 minutes following classes for which a Class Pass Member has been registered. 

Only EbGCA residents, who are also registered members of the THGCC, are eligible for daily pool use and pavilion rentals.
