CWT will conduct "RESIDENCE CHECKS" at the request of the homeowner when the residence is vacant for more than four consecutive days.  A homeowner need only print and fill out this request FORM and return to CWT via email or fax, 685-0114.  Once the form is received CWT will contact the homeowner to verify the information. 

     CWT will conduct an exterior inspection of the premises to assure that it is secure.  In the event of a mishap of any nature, we will contact the appropriate authorities and prepare reports as required.

     Once a homeowner returns and the Residence Checks are concluded,  a survey will be forwarded to the homeowner.  Please take the time to fill out the survey and help us improve our services.
