The Ewa by Gentry Board of
Directors was initially established by the
Declaration
of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCCRs) and by the
Articles
of Incorporation of
the Ewa by Gentry Community Association in 1988. The
By-Laws
of the Ewa by Gentry Community Association set the framework
for the operation of the Community Association. Each of
these documents are available from the Association office or
may be downloaded from this web site.
The powers and responsibilities of the Community Association
and of the Board of Directors are fully described in these
documents. In short, however, the Board of Directors is an elected
group of
volunteers
who are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the
Community Association.
